Our mission
To give learners with dyslexia clear, structured and encouraging support, so they can build skills and confidence for school and life.
About us
Dyslexia Ampang Enrichment Care Centre supports learners who need a structured, patient approach to reading, writing and number skills.
Dyslexia Ampang Enrichment Care Centre, or DAECC for short, is an enrichment care centre in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. We work with learners who find reading, spelling, writing or mathematics harder than expected.
Our programmes combine structured teaching with hands-on, multi-sensory activities. We aim to help each learner build real skills and feel good about learning again.
Our motto
“Membentuk Disleksia Pintar”
Shaping smart learners with dyslexia
This centre works in collaboration with Persatuan Intervensi Dyslexia Ampang (PIDA).
Our team
Our team is made up of experienced staff who are dedicated to helping every child thrive. We give each learner our very best: patient guidance, steady encouragement and the time they need to grow in confidence.
We take the time to understand how each child learns, what they enjoy and where they need a little extra support.
Every child progresses at their own pace. We stay calm, kind and encouraging, so children feel safe to try.
We care about more than schoolwork. We nurture your child’s confidence, well-being and joy in learning.
“Every child can learn. Our job is to find the way that works for them.”
We believe difficulties with reading or writing are a reason to teach differently, never a reason to expect less.
To give learners with dyslexia clear, structured and encouraging support, so they can build skills and confidence for school and life.
A community where every learner is understood, supported and able to thrive in their own way.
Learning happens best when children feel calm and safe. We keep our space welcoming, organised and free from unnecessary distractions, with hands-on materials ready to use.
We notice effort, celebrate progress and keep expectations positive. We work with families and keep communication open, so everyone supports the learner together.
Our teaching follows the ideas explained on our “What is dyslexia?” page. Lessons are structured, use several senses, go step by step and move at each learner’s pace.
